Modern Aliganj beat Divine FC in the finals

Lucknow. Modern School Aliganj defeated Divine/Hurricane Football Club in the final of a Seven-A-Side Football Tournament being held at Aliganj on Wednesday. In the final match, Aman of Modern scored 2 goals while Virat of Divine scored 1 goal. The match was closely fought from the beginning, Divine seemed to dominate the first half, but by the end of the match, Modern took the lead.

Earlier, Divine defeated LPS Gomtinagar by scoring 4 goals. In which Arnav, Lucky, Devansh and Mannu scored 1-1 goals respectively. Virat became the best defender, Lucky became the best mid fielder, Arnav won the best scorer award.

Divine FC's performance in the competition has been very impressive, currently the players are practicing at an academy run by Divine Sports Association and Hurricane Football Club in Indira.
