SP chief asks the govt to publicly share the data about the effectiveness and safety of vaccines

Lucknow. Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday tweeted and asked the government to publicly share the data about the effectiveness and safety of Covid vaccines.

The SP chief said that transparency in data regarding vaccines will provide greater comfort to Indian citizens.

He also said that transparent disclosure would help health care workers optimize uptake of the vaccine.

Yadav, in his tweet, wrote :

"Why is the government not publicly sharing data about the effectiveness & safety of the various vaccines? Transparent disclosure will help health care workers optimize uptake of the vaccine and provide greater comfort to Indian citizens when it comes to infections and mortality. "
